Some of us here at The Cosmic Circus are big horror fans, much to the dismay of our fearless leader, Lizzie Hill. [Editor’s note: Just keep those zombies away from me, okay?] She’s expanded our niche to allow us to cover quite a bit of the creepy and crawly; however, sometimes, she has to edit our articles through semi-closed eyes to hide from the terror within the words! I don’t blame her, as some horror can take it too far (looking at you Saw), but when done right, horror films, series, books, and video games can be fascinating and bring something new to the genre. 2024 has been an exceptional year for horror, bringing new and inventive ways to spook audiences, and we couldn’t wait to discuss them in our second annual Halloween episode of The Cosmic Circle!
